We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position:
Job Responsibilities
Direct Sourcing:

Actively identify, explore, and procure perishable goods directly from the spot market.

Continuously monitor market trends, explore new markets & suppliers, and negotiate competitive prices to secure cost and quality advantages.
Documentation & Reporting:
-
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and quality reports.

Prepare and submit regular procurement and inventory reports.
Quality Control:
-
Conduct thorough inspections of procured goods to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
-
Reject substandard products and document all quality discrepancies.
Inventory Management:
-
Monitor stock levels of perishable items to minimize waste and spoilage.
-
Accurately forecast demand, track consumption, and ensure timely replenishment.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
-
Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for all perishables purchasing-related inquiries and negotiations.
