Responsibilities & Context

  • Follow up and execute the production and shipment plan as suggested by

finishing manager.

  • Make sure the productivity of all finishing activities as well as discipline and quality.
  • Brief all supervisors and employees to make them conscious about duties and responsibilities.
  • Reporting to superior about production and shipment status.
  • Ensure the quality of packed goods and timely delivery for smooth shipment.
  • Daily production report monitoring, execution effectively as per settled target and try to achieve the optimum efficiency.
  • Immediately report to the finishing manager about any crisis.
  • Maintain 6S/housekeeping in Finishing & Packing.
