Education
- Bachelor/Honors
- Masters
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with certifications or training in admissions, public relations, or marketing will be given preference.
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 45 years
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably within English medium schools.
- Prior experience as an Admissions Officer or in Educational Marketing is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email correspondence.
- Skilled in social media management and digital outreach.
- Organized, proactive, and confident in public relations and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle admission inquiries and procedures effectively.
- Manage the full admission process, including student inquiries, campus visits, application follow-ups, interviews, and final enrollment procedures.
- Promote the school through strategic communication, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, email responses, and social media engagement.
- Develop and execute marketing and outreach plans for student recruitment and branding, both online and offline (brochures, banners, events, etc.).
- Organize and represent the school at promotional events, open houses, parent meetings, education fairs, and community engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, media, local organizations, and educational networks, serving as the public face of the school.
- Collaborate with the school management team to ensure admission targets are met and the school image is upheld in all communications.
