Additional Requirements

We are looking for a Technical Support Supervisor (Night Shift) to lead our customer support team and provide enterprise-level technical support. This role requires leadership, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the night-shift support team.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with professionalism.

• Train customers on ChefOnline products and services.

• Monitor team performance against KPIs and provide feedback.
