Additional Requirements

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, GA4, Hootsuite, etc.), digital advertising platforms, and analytics.

  • Certifications: Google Analytics (GA4), Professional Backlinking, or equivalent certifications preferred.

  • Leadership: Proven experience managing and mentoring SEO teams with measurable results.

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager / SEO Strategist to lead ChefOnline’s SEO operations across multiple platforms. The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive SEO strategies that enhance visibility, drive sustained organic growth, and improve SERP rankings. This role combines strategic planning, technical expertise, and team leadership while ensuring alignment with the company’s broader business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.

  • Lead keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits, and link-building initiatives.

  • Manage, mentor, and guide the SEO team — setting clear goals, delegating tasks, and overseeing day-to-day operations.

  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and technical teams to align SEO with overall business objectives.

  • Monitor KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, domain authority, bounce rate, and conversion rates.

  • Manage SEO budgets, select the right tools, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

  • Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, industry best practices, and emerging SEO trends.

  • Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and legal standards.
