Responsibilities & Context

1. Digital Strategy & Innovation:

  • Develop 360° digital marketing roadmaps integrating paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Identify emerging digital trends & technologies to keep the brand ahead.
  • Align digital initiatives with brand positioning and consumer journey mapping.

2. Campaign Management & Execution:

  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution from ideation, planning, execution, and post- campaign analysis.
  • Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation for performance-driven targeting.

3. Content Development & Storytelling:

  • Build and manage influencer & KOL (Key Opinion Leader) partnerships to amplify brand campaigns.
  • Develop localized & personalized content based on market and consumer insights.

4. Social Media & Community Building:

  • Conduct social listening & sentiment analysis to address consumer feedback proactively.
  • Design and run real-time engagement campaigns during festivals, trending topics, and live events.

5. Performance Marketing:

  • Optimize websites, blogs, and landing pages for search visibility & lead generation.
  • Manage remarketing, programmatic ads, and lookalike audience campaigns.

6. E-commerce & Digital Sales Acceleration:

  • Partner with e-commerce platforms for exclusive campaigns & brand stores.
  • Analyze e-commerce sales data to refine pricing, promotions, and digital shelf presence.

7. Analytics, Insights & Reporting:

  • Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Data Studio to measure and optimize campaigns.
  • Recommend strategies to maximize ROI and cost efficiency.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Align with sales, trade marketing, product development, and R&D teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Support CSR, employer branding, and internal communication campaigns digitally.

9. CRM & Retention Marketing:

  • Manage email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notification campaigns.
  • Build customer loyalty programs leveraging digital touchpoints.

10. Trade & Retail Integration (FMCG Focus):

  • Sync digital campaigns with in-store promotions and trade marketing activities.
  • Design digital-to-offline (D2O) activations to influence retail sales.
  • Measure impact of campaigns on GT (general trade) and MT (modern trade) sales.

11. Consumer Insights & Market Research:

  • Conduct online surveys, polls, and focus groups to capture consumer feedback.
  • Translate insights into actionable product positioning and messaging strategies.

12. Any other task assigned by the Management.
