Experience

Additional Requirements

  • Proven Experience in Digital Market Analytics

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) with strong analytical skills

  • Hands-on experience with different tactical approaches– demand gen, performance Max, TTCX, etc

  • Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for effective teamwork

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results


Responsibilities & Context

  • Setting up benchmark and success criteria for campaigns

  • Ensure achievement of North Star metrics (MAU, Transaction, and Volume) by utilizing paid media platforms and in-app assets

  • Implement content and influencer partnerships to relay relevant campaign communication

  • Onboard agencies & partners (Ad Tech, Publishers) by collaborating with cross-functional teams i.e. supply chain, finance, legal

  • Optimized allocation of yearly digital marketing budget and monthly provisioning

  • Streamline the overall financial reporting process in the alignment of forecast and expenditure

  • Ecosystem audit and development and work with cross-functional teams to ensure proper monitoring of digital

  • Develop and maintain a digital marketing dashboard for members of the Marketing Leadership team

  • Leading digital ecosystem learning for different stakeholders
