Job Description

Education

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
  • University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,North South University,Bangladesh University of Professionals,East West University students will get preference
  • Candidates with a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) will be given preference.

Experience

    • 10 to 15 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR management roles at established garment factories.

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and RMG sector compliance requirements (e.g., BSCI, WRAP, SEDEX, Accord/Alliance).

  • Proven experience in handling buyer audits, social compliance programs, and welfare initiatives.

  • Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.

  • Goal orientation, Communication & collaboration, Critical thinking & problem solving, leading people, positive & proactive, planning & organizing and Information sharing & transparency, Detail oriented and goal seeker personality.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Design, execute, and oversee recruitment and selection processes aligned with the Group’s policy framework to attract and retain top talent.

  • Handling buyer audits, social compliance programs, and welfare initiatives.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO and Factory management on matters related to organizational development, employee relations, communication strategies, and grievance resolution.

  • Promote and sustain a harmonious industrial relations environment by proactively engaging with workers’ representatives and offering sound counsel on employee matters.

  • Develop, review, and maintain the compensation and benefits structure for the Factory in alignment with Group guidelines and industry best practices.

  • Initiate and drive talent development initiatives, including succession planning for key roles, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.

  • Foster effective collaboration with other companies within the Group to facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment on strategic HR matters.
