Additional Requirements

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Dealer Management, Trade Marketing, or Franchise Operations, with proven ability to handle partner relationships independently.

Strong understanding of retail operations, partner management, and business integration processes.


Responsibilities & Context

Identify, approach, and onboard new franchise partners in alignment with ISHO’s expansion strategy.

Manage the complete onboarding cycle including partner assessment, documentation, training, and store setup.

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure smooth integration.

Act as the primary contact for franchise partners during the onboarding and initial operational phase.

Provide business support and guidance to ensure smooth early-stage operations.

Ensure franchise compliance with ISHO’s brand guidelines, operational processes, and policies.

Track, analyze, and report onboarding progress and partner performance.

Take ownership of complex onboarding cases, support strategic initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
