Job Context
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining software solutions with a focus on VoIP, Telecommunication Systems, and Web Applications. The role requires both technical expertise and problem-solving ability to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.

Customize and maintain VoIP (Asterisk, FreePBX, Issabel, ViciDial, etc.) solutions.

Develop APIs and integrations with third-party systems (CRM, SMS, Payment Gateway, etc.).
-
Ensure database design, optimization, and synchronization (MySQL, MariaDB).
-
Implement Payment Gateway Setup & WHMCS for automated billing & reseller management.
-
Conduct troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis for system issues.
-
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.

Perform version control and release management using Git.
-
Contribute to system architecture and participate in design discussions.
-
Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.

Mentor junior developers (for Senior Software Engineer role).

Research and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency.
