- Night Shift(6pm-3am_Monday-Friday)

- Coordinator (Night Shift – 6 PM to 3 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm, professional manner.
- Direct guests to the appropriate person, department, or meeting room.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; take accurate messages when needed.
- Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and via email with accurate information.
- Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving minor issues or directing concerns to the right person.
- Build rapport with frequent visitors and clients to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
Skills & Expertise
Native English Speaker/Preferred A Levels
Shift Details:

Night Shift: 6 PM to 3 AM, Monday to Friday
