- The candidate must have a PhD or an equivalent degree in the relevant field, an excellent research background with more than 09 research publications in internationally recognized journals, and a minimum of 12 years of teaching experience at university level. For brilliant candidates with stronger research track and proven record of attracting research funds, reduced teaching experience may be considered.
