  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate/property information is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Summary:We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to be the first point of contact for our company. You will handle inbound calls, provide essential property information to potential clients, qualify leads, and follow up to nurture relationships. You will also carry out all other telesales activities as required to support the company’s sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the company and maintain a positive, professional image at all times.
  • Receive and handle all inbound calls from potential clients.Provide leads with accurate and up-to-date property information.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and record all relevant information.
  • Follow up with leads to build relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Make outbound telesales calls as instructed by the company to generate new opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-up notes.Meet or exceed daily and weekly call targets as set by the company.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
  • Perform any other related tasks to support the company’s telesales and customer service operations.
