Job Description

Education

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Civil Engineering.
  • Diploma in Civil/Construction-related field is a plus.

Experience

    • 1 to 3 years

Additional Requirements

  • 1–3 years in sales of construction materials (blocks, cement, steel, tiles, etc.)

NOTE: If you have experience in block industry please provide 1 year sales or performance report.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of concrete blocks and construction materials.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication in Bengali; English is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of construction processes and building requirements.
  • Familiarity with Excel for managing leads.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and hardworking.
  • Willing to travel locally to visit clients and construction sites.
  • Must have own motorbike or vehicle (optional but preferred).

Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify and approach new customers such as real estate developers, contractors,LGED, PWD and construction companies.
  • Promote and sell concrete blocks to wholesalers, retailers, and direct buyers.
  • Develop relationships with engineers, architects, and project managers to influence product specification.
  • Visit construction sites to understand client needs and propose suitable block solutions.
  • Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Prepare sales reports and assist with marketing campaigns and exhibitions.
