Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for well-spoken, responsible individuals to join our Remote Operations & Communication Team. The role involves real-time communication and activity monitoring for international clients, ensuring smooth coordination and timely reporting during overnight hours. It requires attention to detail, clear English communication skills, and a high level of reliability.
- Maintain real-time communication with stakeholders using mobile and web-based systems
- Monitor scheduled activities, verify reporting timelines, and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow detailed client protocols and procedures and ensure timely responses to incoming communication and follow ups
- Maintain and complete task logs and handover notes at the end of each shift
- Work collaboratively with internal and external team members to ensure seamless operations
