Job Description

In Bangladesh Medionics Imaging Ltd. is the official business partner & maintenance services provider of CT Scan, MRI, USG & X-Ray Systems of FUJIFILM HealthCare Ltd., Japan. Mammography & BMD of Hologic, USA. Computed Radiography (CR) Machines, Imager including Imaging Film of AGFA HealthCare NV, Belgium.

Education

  • Diploma in Engineering
  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Diploma (in engineering)/Graduate in any discipline

Experience

    • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Medical Equipment

Additional Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Candidate with experience in Healthcare sector (specially Medical Equipment) will be preferred and experienced in any other prominent sector is highly encouraged to apply
  • Skills required: customer relationship, distribution management, trade marketing, strategic, analytical, leadership & personal sales skill
  • Able to travel frequently where required

Responsibilities & Context

Role Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals. This role involves generating leads, building relationships with medical personnel, and achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare (radiology & imaging) sector.
  • Regular market visit & find prospective clients.
  • Promote and sell medical equipment such as CR, FPD, X-Ray, CT Scan, MRI, Ultrasound.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms of sale in coordination with management.
  • Ensure compliance with all industry regulations and internal company policies.
  • Any others responsibilities assigned by reporting boss or department head.
