Responsibilities & Context
- Maintain CRM, Website, Inbound calls and Offline visitor for engaged with customer.
- Gather customer data and offer services or products according to their needs.
- Make outbound calls or communicate by sales channel for follow-up potential customers.
- Achieve sales target in any situation.
- Record and manage orders and payment in sales channel (Order entry, Packing, Courier entry, Payment management etc.)
- Monitor and manage logistic channels for successful delivery
- Making report for management·
- Complete additional task given by management.
