Job description

ABC Publishing House is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Associate to promote our open access journals and increase author engagement across diverse research disciplines. This role focuses on outreach to undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral researchers, and academic professionals to drive high-quality manuscript submissions. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing acumen, communication skills, and a passion for academic publishing.

As part of our forward-thinking team, you will play a key role in expanding journal visibility, boosting open access publication volume, and supporting the academic community through effective promotion strategies. You will collaborate with authors, professors, and editorial teams in the U.S. and globally to drive engagement and grow our author base.

Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill target sales every month i.e. collection of high quality papers from authors to publish in our journals. our journal are only google scholar indexed.

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote ABC’s journals across email, social media, academic networks, and conferences.

  • Proactively identify and engage potential authors from undergraduate, graduate, and postdoctoral communities.

  • Coordinate with faculty and researchers to encourage manuscript submissions aligned with journal scopes.

  • Manage communication throughout the publication process, from initial contact to final publication and invoicing.

  • Work with the design and editorial teams to produce compelling promotional materials and digital content.

  • Track campaign performance, author engagement, and journal visibility metrics to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Stay informed about academic publishing trends, citation impact, and author preferences to guide targeted outreach.
