Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Accountant to join our team in Bangladesh. The Accountant will manage all financial transactions, prepare budgets, handle tax filings, and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Bachelor of Commerce (Pass), Bachelor of Arts (BA), Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience

Responsibilities & Context
Accounting & Financial Management:
- Manage all accounting transactions for the educational consultancy and the export-import business, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring compliance with Bangladeshi tax and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with both entities’ budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Handle payroll, tax filing, and other financial administrative tasks
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the head office in China.
Export-Import Specific Tasks:
- Manage financial documentation for import-export activities, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and related accounting for goods involved in import-export activities
Audit & Compliance:
- Handle internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations for both businesses.Â
