Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- MBA or Master’s degree in Marketing from a reputed local or international university., Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution is required, Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Strategic Marketing (CIM, AMA, Google Digital Garage) will be considered as an added advantage., Candidates with international academic exposure or executive education in marketing/strategy will get preference.

Proven experience of 13 Years at least 8 years in progressive marketing leadership roles, preferably in a group of companies or diversified industries.

Strong expertise in digital marketing, branding, market research, and campaign management.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

MBA in Marketing or a relevant discipline from a reputed university is highly preferred.

Experience with international markets and cross-cultural marketing is an added advantage.

Age not exceeding 45 years; however, experienced candidates may be considered flexibly.

Excellent proficiency in English and Bangla, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a unified, group-wide marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and individual unit goals.

Establish a strong marketing vision that supports brand building, market expansion, and revenue growth across all sectors.

Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing teams across all business units.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing function.

Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to guide decision-making.

Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and emerging market trends.

Develop and manage the group’s corporate branding, visual identity, and messaging across all platforms.

Oversee digital presence, PR, and media strategies to ensure a consistent and powerful brand image.

Plan, launch, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and conversion.

Ensure campaign performance is optimized across digital, traditional, and emerging channels.

Build and maintain relationships with key advertising agencies, media partners, and public stakeholders.

Act as a spokesperson for the group in relevant industry forums, events, and media interactions when required.

Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business priorities and customer needs.

Lead marketing efforts for new product introductions, promotions, and market entries.

Drive innovation in marketing through emerging technologies, automation tools, and AI-driven analytics.

Champion a digital-first mindset across the marketing organization.

Develop and manage the overall marketing budget; allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Ensure marketing spend is aligned with business priorities and financial performance.

Ensure all marketing practices adhere to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Maintain transparency and accountability in all external communications and representations.

Regularly present marketing performance, strategy updates, and key metrics to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
