Job Description
Education
- HSC, SSC
- SSC/HSC or equivalent from any group.
Additional Requirements
-
Garment folding, labelling and blistering experience is preferred.
Responsibilities & Context
-
Fold finished garment by maintaining declared target and accuracy
-
Check sizes of all parts (set items) after folding and assort accordingly
-
Notify QC if any defect found during any stage of post inspection processes
-
Attach barcode stickers with hang tag by maintaining declared target and accuracy
-
Counting size wise QC passed product and making blister poly
-
Cross check the size wise packing list with the challan copy
-
Ensure all check points before making final blister poly and packing list
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
-
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation
-
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
-
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so
