Job Description
Education
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS), MBBS with FCPS / MD recognized by the BMDC or Having 2 year’s Diploma with 1 year experience after completion of diploma or having 1 year Diploma with 2-year experience after completion of Diploma (for Specialist) or, MBBS with FCPS / MD (Part 1 /Phase A completed) recognized by the BMDC with 5 year experience in related field or Two (02) years Diploma in relevant field (for Registrar)
Responsibilities & Context
-
Responsible to implement total activities of the hospital /department under a Consultant.
-
Responsible to manage and support all related clinical activities in the department in absence of the Consultant / Junior Consultant.

Evaluating patients` vital signs, medical histories, allergies, current medication use, and other risk factors
-
Communicating with patients about pain management plans and collaborating with other doctors and surgeons to limit discomfort and relieve pain during an operation.

Working with a medical team to design a patient`s treatment plan
-
Supervising nurses when they administer anesthesia to patients before procedures
-
Monitoring vital signs of the patient during surgery and adjusting anesthetics as needed
-
Maintaining detailed notes on patient treatment, dosing and vital signs
-
Continuing care after surgery to control the level of pain relief and consciousness
-
Communicating continuing care instructions to nurses.

Any other tasks is assigned by the Management.
