Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking Manager, SEO Strategist who will responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies across all digital platforms. You’ll lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and content collaboration to ensure sustained organic growth and top SERP rankings. He/she will report directly to the General Manager and CEO, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth strategies.Â
- Develop team goals, delegate responsibilities, and oversee day-to-day SEO operations to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, improve SERP rankings, and drive sustained organic traffic growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
- Create and manage monthly SEO budgets across multiple projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate and select tools needed to support SEO initiatives.
- Use tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Hootsuite to track and analyze SEO performance.
- Generate detailed reports on traffic trends, keyword rankings, and technical issues, along with actionable insights for optimization.
- Monitor key SEO performance indicators such as organic traffic growth, bounce rate, keyword rankings, domain authority, and conversion rates.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices.
- Ensure all SEO strategies comply with the latest search engine guidelines and legal standards.
