Additional Requirements

  • Certifications: Professional Google Analytics, GA4, and Professional Backlinking certification preferred.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in B2B, B2C, or online marketplace environments.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in SEO tools, digital advertising platforms, and data analytics.
  • Team Management: Proven experience in leading and mentoring an SEO team, ensuring performance and strategy execution.
  • Business Communication: Exceptional communication skills (IELTS 7.0+ equivalent), with a customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities & Context

We are seeking Manager, SEO Strategist who will responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing SEO strategies across all digital platforms. You’ll lead keyword strategy, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and content collaboration to ensure sustained organic growth and top SERP rankings. He/she will report directly to the General Manager and CEO, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and growth strategies. 

  • Develop team goals, delegate responsibilities, and oversee day-to-day SEO operations to meet project deadlines and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance website visibility, improve SERP rankings, and drive sustained organic traffic growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
  • Create and manage monthly SEO budgets across multiple projects, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate and select tools needed to support SEO initiatives.
  • Use tools like SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Hootsuite to track and analyze SEO performance.
  • Generate detailed reports on traffic trends, keyword rankings, and technical issues, along with actionable insights for optimization.
  • Monitor key SEO performance indicators such as organic traffic growth, bounce rate, keyword rankings, domain authority, and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, emerging SEO trends, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure all SEO strategies comply with the latest search engine guidelines and legal standards.
