Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Architecture
- Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from an IAB-accredited university
Experience

Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 35 years
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in architecture and/or interior design projects.
- Proficiency in:AutoCADSketchUp / 3ds Max / Lumion / V-RayAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Revit (preferred)
- Good understanding of construction detailing, materials, and interior layouts.
- Familiarity with BOQ, schedule preparation, and vendor coordination is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Strong design sense and visual presentation skills.
- Good communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow with the team.
Skills & Expertise
- AutoCAD/ Revit – for 2D drafting and construction drawings
- SketchUp – for quick 3D modeling and design exploration
- V-Ray / D5 render / Lumion – for 3D rendering and visualizations
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator – for presentation boards and graphics
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) – for documentation and reporting
Responsibilities & Context
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect with minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural and interior projects. The candidate must hold a B.Arch degree from an IAB-accredited university and demonstrate strong skills in design development, working drawings, and coordination with project teams.

Assist in the design and development of architectural and interior projects from concept to execution.

Prepare accurate presentation drawings, 3D models, and detailed construction documents.

Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integrity and compliance.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and coordinate with contractors and vendors.

Participate in client meetings and design reviews.

Research materials, products, and design trends for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations.
