Job Description

Maxwell Western City is the first land project of Maxwell homes & Properties ltd. Maxwell intends to create conductive environments for the clients and remains committed to producing qualified goods. Being the capital city of this Bangladesh, Dhaka is witnessing rapid development triggered by economic growth from global investors. But Dhaka is the largest city in the country having a population over 18 million.
Keeping this fact in mind Maxwell Western City is offering land having all the facilities to live in Dhaka but not in the densely populated area. It is situated in Deuli, Nimtoli road, Atibazar, Keranigonj 5km away from Mohammadpur and Dhanmondi.
Our mission is to reduce the pressure in populated area in Dhaka city and try to capture the surrounding area of Dhaka to provide a healthier, economical, better communicational area and better place to live.

Responsibilities & Context

  • The senior executives shall be responsible to plan and execute sales of Land /Plots and other salable properties directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers and compiling daily & monthly sales report.

  •  The person should be efficient, well conversant, hardworking and capable to guide & control a high profile Sales Team Company`s target. The incumbent should be sales forecaster and planning, customer motivation and sales realization.

  • The incumbent shall be responsible to plan and execute sales of Land /Plots and other salable properties directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers and compiling daily & monthly sales report.

  • Responsible to perform and execute appropriate conduct and behavior for the sales, marketing, promotion, branding and business development of land and other salable properties directly to the prospective buyers, handling of potential customers and compiling daily & monthly sales reports. Preparing and processing customer feedback reports daily and monthly, customer support services for motivation, arrangements for site visits etc. and all the other necessary activities that required for fresh and new sales by the teams of this department·

  • Should be able to work on sales output basis upon company targets.

  • Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.

  • Build a strong relationship with the customer.

  • Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.

  • Seek out new sales approaches and behavior and initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.

  • Preparing customer/prospect response reports and other reports assigned by supervisor.

  • Plan and implement marketing strategy for Real Estate, Builders & Developers business.

  • Assist the sales team with appropriate customer conduct and behavior to maintain the monthly sales & collection target.

  • Maintain proper customer relationship with potential & existing clients.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management


Skills & Expertise

 

  • Age not more than 35·

  • Only Male`s are allowed to apply.

  • 2 years` experience at reputed real estate company in marketing & Sales department.
