Job Description
NRBC Bank PLC, one of the leading private commercial banks in Bangladesh, is seeking applications from qualified and experienced professionals for the following positions in its Treasury Mid Office and Risk Management Division. Job Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed credit risk assessments, including financial analysis and sectoral risk review.

Develop and maintain Internal Credit Risk Scoring (ICRS) models in line with regulatory frameworks.

Support the development of risk policies and stress testing models.

Prepare high-quality risk analysis reports and documentation in English.
-
Work with business units to ensure risk mitigation and control adherence.
Job Location:Â Head Office, Dhaka
Additional Requirements
- Age At most 45 years
-
Age Limit:Â Preferably not more than 45 years as of the date of application.
Eligibility Criteria:
-
3–4 years of hands-on experience in credit analysis or risk evaluation in any bank or financial institution.

Solid understanding of credit risk frameworks and regulatory risk guidelines.
-
Proven ability to set up and manage Internal Credit Risk Scoring Systems (ICRS).
-
Excellent command of English, particularly in written communication and report preparation.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
