Responsibilities & Context
-
Develop lesson plans, lecture notes, and educational videos using AI tools, create PowerPoint presentations, engage with audiences on social media, and assist instructors with curriculum development, student assessments, and technology integration.

Build responsive interfaces using React.js, integrate APIs, write modular code, debug issues, optimize performance, collaborate on UI/UX designs, and contribute to team discussions.

Develop backend architecture using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB, create APIs, manage databases, ensure system scalability, debug issues, optimize performance, and participate in project planning.

Design user-friendly web interfaces and prototypes, conduct user research and testing to enhance UI/UX, develop designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and maintain design systems.

Assist in developing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, monitoring PPC performance, improving SEO rankings, conducting market research, and designing marketing materials.

Maintain HR records, assist in recruitment, coordinate training programs, handle payroll and benefits, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, support employee relations, and implement HR policies.

Manage academic planning, examination oversight, and team supervision while providing mentoring, career counseling, organizing skills development workshops, and overseeing classroom management, grading, and reporting.

Maintain financial records, process invoices, manage taxes and VAT filings, perform internal audits, provide financial insights, collaborate with auditors, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Draft legal documents, conduct research, ensure compliance, support dispute resolution, corporate governance, and risk management, manage intellectual property, and provide legal awareness training.
