As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our HR operations and recruitment efforts.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding).

Coordinate with team and understand staffing needs and workforce planning.

Build a strong talent pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.

Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

2. HR Operations & Team Management

Supervise and guide the HR team in their day-to-day activities.

Ensure HR operations run smoothly including employee records, payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance with labor laws.

Oversee employee life cycle processes (onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion, exit).

Implement and maintain HR systems, tools, and reporting practices.

3. Policy & Compliance

Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws.

Ensure all statutory HR compliance requirements are met.

Handle employee relations issues with fairness and in alignment with company policies.

4. Performance Management & Employee Engagement

Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems and KPIs.

Foster a high-performance culture through effective feedback and development plans.

Design and lead employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building events.

5. Training & Development

Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and support skill development.

Coordinate in-house and external training programs for employee development.

 

Qualifications

 

5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in IT or tech-based companies.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Solid understanding of Bangladeshi labor law and familiarity with HR best practices.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
