Education

- Master’s Degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university., Candidates with IGCSE O` Levels and A` Levels background will be given preference.

Additional Requirements
- Age At least 25 years
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in an English Medium School or Training Institute.
- Candidates with experience in Cambridge International (CAIE) and Edexcel O/A Level curriculam will be prioritized.
- Experience in classroom management, student counseling, and effective lesson delivery.
- Must be proficient in using Google Classroom and other educational technologies.
- Excellent English communication skills with a neutral or standard accent.
- Strong classroom management and the ability to engage students effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to create structured lesson plans and deliver interactive sessions.
- Adaptability, patience, and passion for teaching young learners.
- Knowledge of modern pedagogical techniques and ability to use technology in education.
- Must have a strong command of English and experience in an English Medium School.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence.

Responsibilities:
Lesson Planning & Curriculum Implementation:
- Develop and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with Edexcel & Cambridge syllabus.
- Utilize innovative teaching techniques to enhance student understanding.
- Ensure lessons meet assessment objectives and learning outcomes.
Assessment & Student Progress Monitoring:
- Conduct formative and summative assessments (quizzes, tests, assignments, and mock Exam.
- Provide timely feedback and support to students for continuous improvement. o Maintain academic records and track student progress throughout the academic year.
Classroom Management & Student Engagement:
- Maintain a structured, respectful, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Foster student participation, curiosity, and critical thinking.
- Handle behavioral issues professionally in line with school policies.
Use of Technology in Education:
- Integrate digital tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, MS Teams, and Kahoot.
- Encourage students to use online research tools for extended learning.
Extracurricular & Student Support:
- Offer one-on-one or group tutorials to struggling students.
- Assist students with academic projects, coursework, and research assignments.
- Encourage participation in competitions, Olympiads, and science fairs.
Parental Communication & Counseling:
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress.
- Provide O/A Level career counseling and guidance for university admissions.
Administrative & Professional Development:
- Assist in exam invigilation and compliance with CAIE & Edexcel regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of attendance, student performance, and behavior.
