  • Analyze user insights and bKash offerings to design long-term communication strategies promoting a cashless lifestyle.

  • Build in-depth knowledge of bKash’s role in advancing a digital-first society and influencing digital behavior from a communications perspective.

  • Assist in developing and managing project roadmaps with actionable steps to achieve campaign outcomes.

  • Identify and evaluate communication opportunities that enhance brand perception and create business value.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-impact campaigns utilizing bKash’s digital assets.

  • Contribute to digital corporate communications, including managing online presence and award submissions.

  • Support the development of strategic partnerships aligned with communication objectives and KPIs.

  • Plan and execute multi-platform communication and partnership strategies aligned with brand goals.

  • Coordinate with external agencies for creative development and partner engagement.

  • Implement community-focused initiatives that support digital engagement and brand affinity.

  • Use digital analytics tools to track campaign performance, monitor industry trends, and support data-driven decisions.
