- Industry background preference: Automotive (Big Vehicle) industry.
Technical Skills:
- Basic automotive parts knowledge.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking.
- Languages: Fluency in Bengali and English (written and spoken).
Responsibilities & Context
About the Role
A Multinational Trading Company is seeking a dynamic Parts Coordinator (Machineries) to join Customer Service team in Dhaka. This role is critical for ensuring seamless parts management, logistics coordination, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage automotive parts inquiries (pricing, applications, lead times, warranties).
- Process parts orders, invoices, and track back orders with suppliers.
- Prepare shipping documents and coordinate logistics (import/inland cargo clearance).
- Generate periodic reports using MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) for management.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and supplier communications.
- Ensure compliance with automotive parts standards and operational protocols.
