Job Description

Kazi Farms Group is one of the largest agro-industrial groups active in various business areas including Poultry, Hatchery, Feed Mill, Ice Cream, Frozen Food, Information Technology and Television Channel.

Additional Requirements
  • Candidates must be willing to work in remote locations, particularly in rural areas.

  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Working knowledge of mechanical systems.

  • Ability to plan and organize maintenance schedule.


Responsibilities & Context

  • Manage preventive maintenance and monitor machinery condition to ensure uninterrupted production.

  • Perform repair or general maintenance work on structures such as hatchers and setters. Monitor overhauling of generator, PFI (Power Factor Improvement), chiller, air compressor and other hatchery equipments.

  • Conduct the troubleshooting of machineries as required.

  • Evaluate and implement standard operating procedure to reduce break down time.

  • Provide on time requisition with accurate product specification to ensure availability of spare parts.

  • Ensure safety of men, materials and machines during maintenance work by following all safety policies

  • Provide periodical safety counseling and awareness training to all staff of hatchery to reduce loss time accident (LTA).
