Education

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or part-qualified status are an added advantage.

Additional Requirements

Age at most 30 years

Strong command of English.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, VT) will be given extra consideration.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, & Outlook is essential.
Candidate who lives in Sylhet or any history of living in Sylhet will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context

Office Schedule:

Monday to Friday (five days a week).

From 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Responsibilities :

Process purchase and sales, transaction records, and bank statements across various industries.
Perform reconciliation of purchase, sales, and other general ledger accounts.
Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and post journal entries for finalizing accounts and completing VAT submissions.
Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
