Oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of the cutting department to ensure timely and efficient fabric cutting.
Develop and implement effective cutting strategies and processes to maximize fabric utilization and reduce waste.
Maintain 100 % Compliance at Cutting operation and Department.
Received the Fabrics/ Rib and others items from the Store as per consumption.
Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation.
Cross Check the QC report with the physical receiving.
Supervise cutting staff, provide training, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Monitor the progress of cutting operations and resolve any issues or bottlenecks in the process.
Bundling the Cut panel as per Order wise.
Keep Liaison with concern Merchandiser/ PM/ Quality Manager/ Factory Head others for Day to Day work.
