Additional Requirements
  • Age at least 45 years
  • In-depth knowledge of Cambridge IGCSE and IB DP subject-specific curriculum
  • Strong foundation in scientific concepts, laboratory safety, and experimental design
  • Ability to implement differentiated instruction and assessment techniques
  • Experience in preparing students for external assessments and practical exams
  • Strong classroom management and student engagement skills
  • Passion for promoting scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and curiosity
  • Willingness to relocate to Narsingdi and commit for at least two years

Responsibilities & Context

  • Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge IGCSE and IB DP curriculum
  • Encourage inquiry-based learning, critical thinking, and lab exploration
  • Prepare students for internal and external assessments including practical exams
  • Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction
  • Maintain accurate student records and report progress as per Cambridge and IB standards
  • Collaborate with the science department and school leadership for continuous improvement
  • Participate in ongoing professional development (CPD)
  • Ensure safety and compliance in all lab-related activities
