    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    \n
    \n
    Ensure smooth and efficient operation of Blowing Machines to produce assigned jobs in accordance with the production action plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Verify correct film size, direction before starting machine operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Adjust machine parameters such as tension, pressure, EPC, and others immediately after machine start-up to ensure optimal performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Minimize production wastage by implementing proper control measures and operational best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and motivation to junior staff to enhance their skills and performance<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain accurate daily job cards, registers, and production reports, and submit them to the concerned authority in a timely manner.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure proper cleaning and housekeeping of machines and surrounding floor areas before and after production activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures during machine operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to production and machine operation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme\u2019s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
