    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    \n
    \n
    Assist the Operator in setting heaters, plates, and sealing bars according to pouch specifications to ensure smooth production operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Support the Operator in checking sealing quality, conducting leak tests, and ensuring accurate cutting of finished products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Assist in setting and monitoring machine temperature and other operating parameters as per production requirements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Help with knife setting according to product size, ensure correct reel direction for efficient machine operation, and support the maintenance of production records.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the machine and surrounding work area before, during, and after production.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Assist in loading and unloading jumbo reels onto the machine safely and efficiently with the support of Helpers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Bundle pouches according to specified quantities and assist the Operator in maintaining accurate production records and registers.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Support the Operator in inspecting printed materials and process parameters during production to ensure product quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures while performing assigned duties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Perform any other production-related tasks assigned by the Management.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program\u2019s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
