    Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA):\u00a0<\/strong>Identify learning gaps and develop strategies that align with organizational goals.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Conduct Training:\u00a0<\/strong>Design and deliver engaging behavioral, soft skills and leadership training to diverse groups.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Feedback Management:\u00a0<\/strong>Establish effective feedback mechanisms and drive continuous improvement in learning interventions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Coaching:\u00a0<\/strong>Provide one-on-one and group coaching to develop capabilities and drive performance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Module Development:\u00a0<\/strong>Design and develop impactful learning modules and facilitation tools.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
