    Participate directly in site visits, client presentations and high-value deal closures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Coordinate with Head Office to implement localized promotional campaigns and marketing events.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Lead critical client negotiations regarding pricing, booking terms and payment structures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Track local market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales pitches.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Build strong relationships with existing buyers and high-net-worth individuals to drive referral sales.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
