    GM is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize resources in order to improve the efficiency and productivity of their team members. They monitor sales reports and customer feedback to better assess the performance of their team leaders as well. They also demonstrate strong negotiation skills in order to close a sale successfully.<\/p>\n

    Execute the sales strategy to ensure realizing Organization`s Vision.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Have to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target as per ABP.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
