B.Sc. in Mechanical\/ Automobile Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical\/ Automobile Technology from any reputed University\/Institution with good academic records.\u00b7<\/li>\n
Graduates from public universities such as CUET, DUET, RUET, SUST, etc. will be given preference.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

  - Skill in automobile, mechanical tools & equipment handling, proper knowledge or training on PLC.<\/li>\n
  - Preference will be given to candidates who have teaching experience in a polytechnic Institute.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n
  - Candidates having knowledge on Industrial Automation will be preferred.<\/li>\n
  - Proficient in the MS Office package and very sound in IT skills.<\/li>\n
  - Willing to recover student debt collection on a regular basis.<\/li>\n
  - Excellent Communication skills both in English and Bangla.<\/li>\n
  - Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and a passion for social development works.<\/li>\n
  - Willingness to travel to any other place where UCEP has its activities.\u00a0<\/li>\n

    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Job Location: A K Khan UCEP Polytechnic Institute (AKKUPI), Chattogram\/ Anywhere in Bangladesh.<\/strong><\/p>\n
    Job Purpose<\/u>:\u00a0<\/strong>To impact quality teaching as per the curriculum, syllabus and ensure effective use of resources.<\/p>\n
    Job Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

    To teach the students as per academic schedules and curriculum.<\/li>\n
    To develop a lesson plan and workshop\/laboratory instruction sheet.<\/li>\n
    To supervise\/monitor the work\/tasks of the student in the classes.<\/li>\n
    Make sure to reduce the students’ dropout rate.<\/li>\n
    To render additional support in making a concept\/subject issue.<\/li>\n
    To associate the students with the co-curricular activities.<\/li>\n
    To motivate and counsel students to ensure regular attendance in the classes.<\/li>\n
    To communicate with parents\/guardians in relevant cases.<\/li>\n
    To assist in the admission of students in the AKKUPI.<\/li>\n
    To maintain students\u2019 profiles and examination records.<\/li>\n
    To support on Job placement of students after completion Diploma Engineering Course.<\/li>\n
    To maintain the students’ tracking record after passing the Diploma Engineering Course.<\/li>\n
    To prepare and maintain documents related to BTEB as per requirements.<\/li>\n
    To make effective use\/re-use of teaching resources and equipment etc.<\/li>\n
    To carryout periodic\/timely maintenance of the teaching equipment etc.<\/li>\n
    To assist in preparing departmental budget (if any).<\/li>\n
    To keep records on TTE, TTM and Fixed assets for avoid Audit findings and smooth work shipment in lab and workshops.<\/li>\n
    To maintain PRs’ accuracy with approved budget aligned with related Code and Budget head.<\/li>\n
    To maintain total secrecy and confidentiality in respect of the institutional affairs and uphold the dignity of the institution.<\/li>\n
    To carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned by the AKKUPI authority\/principal\/vice-principal\/departmental head.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
