    Understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling<\/li>\n
    Basic knowledge of animation and rigging (preferred)<\/li>\n
    Familiarity with file formats and rendering pipelines<\/li>\n
    Ability to work independently and meet deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and materials using\u00a0Blender<\/strong><\/li>\n
    Develop realistic or stylized 3D assets based on project requirements<\/li>\n
    Perform lighting, rendering, and compositing for final outputs<\/li>\n
    Create animations (if required) including motion graphics and product animation<\/li>\n
    Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams<\/li>\n
    Optimize 3D assets for performance (games, web, AR\/VR, etc.)<\/li>\n
    Maintain consistency in style and quality across projects<\/li>\n
    Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
