The incumbent will be responsible for strategic sourcing, supplier development, procurement planning, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely availability of chemical raw materials and production-related inputs to support business operations.<\/p>\n
    Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Source and procure chemical raw materials, coatings, and other production-related materials.<\/li>\n
    Identify, evaluate, and develop local and international suppliers to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.<\/li>\n
    Conduct supplier negotiations regarding pricing, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules.<\/li>\n
    Analyze market trends, raw material price fluctuations, and supply risks to develop effective sourcing strategies.<\/li>\n
    Collaborate with Production, R&D, Quality Assurance, Commercial, and Finance teams to forecast material requirements.<\/li>\n
    Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability while maintaining optimum stock levels.<\/li>\n
    Evaluate supplier performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.<\/li>\n
    Ensure compliance with company policies, environmental regulations, and chemical safety standards.<\/li>\n
