      Responsible for supporting Organizational Development (OD) and Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives to build learning agility, strengthen employee capabilities, and improve overall organizational effectiveness aligned with Guardian\u2019s business objectives. The role focuses on assisting culture development, performance improvement, and data-driven people development in collaboration with senior team members.<\/p>\n

      Learning & Development (L&D):<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Support Training Needs Assessments (TNA) by collecting inputs from business teams to identify skill gaps.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
      \n
      Assist in designing and implementing learning programs to build capability and learning agility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
      \n
      Help develop and deliver blended training programs and support LMS-based learning activities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
      \n
      Coordinate and facilitate training sessions and support internal trainer development initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
      \n
      Assist in training evaluation through feedback collection and basic impact analysis.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
      \n
      Support L&D operations including training calendar management, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Support organizational assessments through data collection, surveys, and stakeholder coordination.<\/p>\n
