Context<\/p>\n<div class=\"mb-5 leading-7\">\n<div class=\"text-xs sm:text-sm text-[#333] sm:leading-7 leading-5\">\n<ul class=\"list-disc px-6\">\n<li>The candidate must have strong knowledge and expertise in\u00a0<strong>Bangladesh Labor Law, 2006 (and Amendments) and Bangladesh Labor Rules, 2015<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare Corrective Action Plans (CAP) against audit findings and ensure proper implementation within the required timeline.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement CAPs according to buyers\u2019 requirements and follow up on all corrective actions effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Must have strong experience in handling both announced and unannounced certification and buyer audits.<\/li>\n<li>Should have practical experience in facing audits and compliance assessments including:\u00a0<strong>RSC, Nirapon, Better Work, Higg Index, amfori BSCI, WRAP, OEKO-TEX, SEDEX, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, European Flax, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GSB, SCAN<\/strong>, and other renowned international buyers.<\/li>\n<li>Develop, revise, and implement factory SOPs, policies, and employee handbooks in alignment with buyers&#8217; CoC and legal frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Production, Maintenance, Stores) to ensure continuous compliance with buyers\u2019 requirements, legal standards, and factory regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the factory&#8217;s internal grievance mechanism, workers&#8217; welfare, and disciplinary procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate Safety Committee operations, fire drills, and workplace risk assessments.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain all compliance-related documents, records, policies, and reports properly and accurately for instant audit readiness.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular factory walkthroughs, internal audits, and arrange awareness\/training programs for workers and staff.<\/li>\n<li>Lead and guide the factory compliance team and prepare regular performance reports for the management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr class=\"my-2.5\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"text-[#333] text-sm\">\n<div class=\"text-[#333] text-sm\">\n<div class=\"text-[#333] text-sm\">\n<div class=\"text-xs sm:text-base font-semibold text-[#333]\">\n<div id=\"skills\" class=\"py-2.5 sm:py-0 mb-2.5 ng-star-inserted\">\n<h4 id=\"skill_exp\" class=\"sm:pt-1 box-border font-inherit leading-[1.1] mb-[10px] text-[#B32D7D] font-semibold text-sm sm:text-base\">Skills &amp;
