    Compliance & Regulations:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Safety Protocols:<\/strong>\u00a0Implement and maintain fire safety plans conforming to\u00a0Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC)<\/strong>,\u00a0NFPA<\/strong>\u00a0standards, and FSCD (Fire Service and Civil Defense) requirements.<\/li>\n
    Knowledge:\u00a0<\/strong>Should have a vast knowledge of fire safety management, protection, RSC (Accord) & Alliance (Nirapon) requirements to ensure fire safety in the garments and others manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n
    Audits and External Affairs:<\/strong>\u00a0To be handled RSC (Accord), Alliance (Nirapon) and general fire safety, detection & protection System as required according to buyer, Bangladesh Labor laws and international alliances.<\/li>\n
    Floor Safety:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure safety compliance with company policies and industry regulations and conduct routine checks on aisle markings, emergency exits, and chemical storage areas.<\/li>\n
    Fire Safety Management :\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Must be well familiar to set up and following up firefighting equipment as per buyer and government requirements and Fire Prevention Act.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Equipment & Team Maintenance:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Active Systems:<\/strong>\u00a0Monitor the maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems (alarms, sprinklers, hydrants, and fire pumps). And ensure that all are working properly.<\/li>\n
    Set up:<\/strong>\u00a0Set an in-house strong firefighting and rescue team in all the departments.<\/li>\n
    Daily Activities:<\/strong>\u00a0Daily walk round\/ floor visit & ensure firefighting equipment and follow up the daily checklist activities of the firefighting team.<\/li>\n
    Extinguisher Management:<\/strong>\u00a0Ensure all portable fire extinguishers are inspected, serviced, and properly tagged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Training & Drills:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Evacuation Drills:<\/strong>\u00a0Plan and execute monthly emergency evacuation drills for all floor workers and administrative staff.<\/li>\n
    Training program:<\/strong>\u00a0Conduct firefighting training from Fire Service & Civil Defense authority at least once a year and get the certificate from them.<\/li>\n
    Capacity Building:<\/strong>\u00a0Train the in-house firefighting and rescue teams on handling emergency equipment and first aid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Risk Management & Reporting:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Risk Assessments:<\/strong>\u00a0Identify potential hazards, especially in high-risk areas like generators, boilers, and fabric storage.<\/li>\n
    Safety & Security:<\/strong>\u00a0Develop and update all the safety & security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.<\/li>\n
    Incident Reports:<\/strong>\u00a0Prepare detailed corrective action plans and report directly to compliance management.<\/li>\n
