    We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of General Manager \u2013 Dry Process for our Washing plant. The candidate must have strong leadership capability, technical knowledge in dry process operations, and the ability to manage production efficiently according to buyer requirements and shipment deadlines.<\/p>\n
    Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Lead and manage overall Dry Process operations in the washing plant.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure smooth execution of all dry process activities including Whisker, PP Spray, Tagging, Grinding, Destroy, Crinkle, Tint, Resin, Laser Effect, Potassium Spray, and Oven Process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Prepare and execute daily production planning according to shipment priorities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure production targets, efficiency, and on-time shipment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Maintain buyer-approved quality standards and minimize rejection\/rework.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Coordinate with Merchandising, QA, Production, and Maintenance departments.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Monitor chemical consumption and control operational costs.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure proper inventory management of chemicals and accessories.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Ensure compliance, safety, and environmental standards in the workplace.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Monitor proper use of PPE by employees.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Ensure maximum machine utilization and Coordinate with maintenance team to minimize downtime.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Supervise and develop production teams including DGM, AGM, Managers, Supervisors, In-Charges, and Operators.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Analyze production data and prepare management reports regularly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Arrange training and skill development programs and Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and machines.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
