    Minimum 3 years of experience in a Garments\/RMG factory Compliance Department.<\/li>\n
    Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 (amended) and all relevant labor rules.<\/li>\n
    Good understanding of social compliance standards, factory audits, and buyer requirements.<\/li>\n
    Experience handling CAP, audit preparation, and factory compliance documentation.<\/li>\n
    Strong communication skills for interacting with buyers, auditors, and internal teams.<\/li>\n
    Ability to analyze compliance risks and implement sustainable improvement measures.<\/li>\n
    Proficiency in MS Office and report writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    \n
    \n
    Ensure the factory complies with all\u00a0local labor laws<\/strong>, including working hours, wages, benefits, and employment practices.<\/li>\n
    Maintain updated knowledge of\u00a0buyer compliance standards<\/strong>\u00a0(BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Accord\/Alliance, etc.) and ensure implementation in the factory.<\/li>\n
    Prepare the factory for\u00a0social, QMS, technical, environmental, and CTPAT audits<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    Conduct regular\u00a0internal compliance audits<\/strong>, inspections, and risk assessments.<\/li>\n
    Monitor worker welfare, canteen, dormitory, safety, and medical facilities to ensure they meet compliance standards.<\/li>\n
    Develop and implement\u00a0corrective action plans (CAP)<\/strong>\u00a0in coordination with department heads.<\/li>\n
    Maintain accurate documentation, policies, and records required by buyers and auditors.<\/li>\n
    Conduct\u00a0training programs<\/strong>\u00a0on compliance, workplace safety, and labor rights for workers and supervisors.<\/li>\n
    Ensure proper operation of\u00a0grievance handling mechanisms<\/strong>, anti-harassment committees, and worker participation committees.<\/li>\n
    Investigate compliance issues, resolve findings, and follow up on improvement areas.<\/li>\n
    Track and update all compliance-related KPIs and prepare reports for management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
