    Responsibilities & Context<\/p>\n

    Lead and maintain group-wide premises security to prevent unauthorised access and ensure a safe working environment across all locations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Oversee visitor registration, identification verification, and escorting protocols, and administer gate pass and facility access control systems.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Monitor and operate the CCTV security system across all premises; detect, document, and escalate suspicious activities or security breaches promptly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel group-wide, maintaining high operational standards and fostering a professional security culture.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Prepare and submit regular security reports to senior management, covering incidents, observations, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n
    \n
    Develop and implement group security policies, procedures, and standards in alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
