    Shakti Foundation, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Service Manager to join our service delivery team for Shakti Training & Research Center, Savar. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with a strong background in hospitality operations, capable of ensuring guest\/trainee\/trainer experiences, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.<\/p>\n

    Oversee and manage all aspects of training center operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Sales & Marketing, Security & Safety, and Cleanliness, Pest control & Laundry Services, ensuring seamless coordination across departments \/ sections.<\/li>\n
    Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest \/ trainee \/ trainer satisfaction and maintain smooth delivery of services.<\/li>\n
    Maintain high-quality service standards while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.<\/li>\n
    Train and mentor staff to improve productivity and service quality through structured daily, weekly, and monthly programs.<\/li>\n
    Monitor financial performance, implement cost-control measures, and drive revenue growth.<\/li>\n
    Build and sustain strong relationships with guests, trianee, trainers, vendors, and key stakeholders.<\/li>\n
    Ensure all facilities comply with government regulations, health, and safety standards.<\/li>\n
    Controlling the stock of cooking ingredients and food by purchasing, ensuring timely marketing and removal of expired or spoiled food<\/li>\n
    Conduct smooth training, Workshops, Meetings, Seminars and ensure all the necessary facilities related with this.<\/li>\n
    Receiving and forwarding documents received regarding recruitment organized by the HR Department.<\/li>\n
    Preparing monthly and annual financial reports (income statements).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
